Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Please look at the shipping cost below. with DHL Express.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We only charge shipping once regardless of how many items you order. Check the table below for the exact shipping costs to your country.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking your order is very easy! When your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a personal tracking number. Simply visit www.dhl.com and enter your tracking number to follow your item's journey. If you prefer, you can also reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist you in tracking your order.

How long will my hand-carved skulls or gold skulls to arrive?

Typically, we create our carved skulls or gold skulls upon request, a process that typically takes around 2 weeks for carving, treatment, and drying. Shipping usually takes less than a week, and we strive to dispatch orders promptly.


If you have a specific date in mind for your order, it's advisable to reach out to us right after placing your order. We'll make every effort to expedite the processing and ensure timely delivery.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

No, we all do pay for the taxes and duties in Euro.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes! If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we'll quickly send a replacement or provide a refund. If you're dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs) once we receive the product back. Your satisfaction is our priority!

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you want a refund, just email us within 30 days of receiving your parcel. We'll then provide you with easy instructions on how to return the item.


Please keep in mind that our refund policy has a 30-day limit. After this period, we can't offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Will the hand-carved skull or gold skull I order LOOK exactly like the picture?

The skull you get will look like the ones on our website, but since they're natural, no two are exactly alike. Each skull and horn might be a bit different in size and how they look.

What if my country has restrictions on importing animal skulls?

After placing your order, we promptly handle all export and import documentation for our animal skulls through the animal conservation department. Our skulls adhere to international taxidermy standards, and we possess all required legal paperwork, ensuring a smooth import process for the skull carvings in your country.

WHAT IF MY SKULL ARRIVES DAMAGED/BROKEN?

We ensure that our skulls reach you in perfect condition. Each carving is carefully packed with ample bubble wrap and other protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. If, by any chance, a skull arrives broken, we take full responsibility. You can choose between a full refund or receiving a replacement skull promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

HOW DO I ATTACH THE HORNS TO THE SKULL?

  1. 1. Try switching them to the other side.
  2. 2. Then work them back and forth and up and down until they go on.
  3. 3. If they won’t go on as far as you would like, you may need to file down the bone under the horns in the spot that is stopping it from going all the way on.
  4. 4. If there is twine around the bottom of the horns, it is decorative and is supposed to stay there.
  5. 5. Sometimes the horns don’t go all of the way on, it depends how they fit in real life, please see pics on our website. If they are too loose, then either wrap the bones with something and then put the horns on, or use a clear glue and glue them on.

WHERE DO OUR SKULLS COME FROM?

Our skull creations are made without harming any animals; instead, we use skulls that come as byproducts from local agriculture. We embrace the ancient tradition of respecting every part of the animal and cherishing their remains after they naturally pass away—a gesture of utmost respect for the lives of these beautiful creatures.
